py2ph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and py2ph, operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), governing your access to and use of the py2ph gaming platform located at https://py2ph.cam (the "Website," "Platform," or "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the py2ph Website, downloading our mobile applications, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the py2ph platform and close your account.

py2ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the py2ph platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and use the py2ph gaming services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. py2ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any funds in your account.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The py2ph platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines only. You represent and warrant that you are physically located within the Philippines when accessing or using our services. Gaming services are not offered to persons located in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law. py2ph employs geo-location technology to verify your location, and you consent to such verification as a condition of using our services.

2.3 Account Registration

To access certain features of the py2ph platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration process. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Maintain only one (1) account per person – multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Notify py2ph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach;
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

py2ph reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

py2ph accepts deposits through various payment methods including, but not limited to, GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). All deposits are subject to verification and processing times, which vary depending on the payment method selected. py2ph reserves the right to refuse any deposit at our sole discretion.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your py2ph account are from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gaming purposes. py2ph complies with all anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation to verify the source of your funds at any time.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your py2ph account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with valid government-issued identification;
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses or promotional funds;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise approved by py2ph;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00);
• py2ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals;
• Processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 15 minutes to 72 hours.

py2ph reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests or for withdrawals to payment methods that incur processing costs. Such fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

All financial transactions on the py2ph platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and you accept any exchange rate risk associated with such conversion.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

py2ph is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on our platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies. The outcomes of all games are determined by chance and cannot be influenced by py2ph or any third party.

You agree to use the py2ph platform for recreational gaming purposes only and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Use of automated systems, bots, or software to play games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or irregular betting patterns;
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities;
• Account sharing or selling;
• Reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate the platform;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other players or py2ph staff.

4.2 Bonuses and Promotions

py2ph may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms will be clearly stated in the promotion details and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. py2ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation.

Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communications failure, all affected bets and gameplay will be void, and amounts wagered will be refunded to your account. py2ph is not liable for any losses or damages arising from technical malfunctions, and all gameplay is subject to the final determination of py2ph management in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

py2ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. We recognize that gaming should be a form of entertainment and that for some individuals, it may become problematic. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, py2ph provides the following tools and resources:

5.2 Self-Exclusion

During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your py2ph account, make deposits, or participate in any gaming activities. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon self-exclusion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, designs, text, images, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the py2ph platform are the exclusive property of py2ph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the py2ph platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the py2ph platform;
• Use any automated systems or software to extract data from the platform;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use the py2ph name, logo, or trademarks without express written permission;
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the platform without authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the platform.

Unauthorized use of py2ph intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

py2ph is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable privacy laws. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the py2ph platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that py2ph may be required to disclose your information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or third parties as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

py2ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and py2ph cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PY2PH PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

py2ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from viruses, bugs, or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, PY2PH, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PY2PH PLATFORM.

In no event shall py2ph's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have deposited into your py2ph account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Force Majeure

py2ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, wars, terrorism, telecommunications failures, power outages, or labor disputes.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

py2ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Multiple account creation or account sharing;
• Bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns;
• Chargebacks or disputed deposits;
• Abusive behavior toward other players or staff;
• Extended period of account inactivity;
• Request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the platform. py2ph will process the return of any legitimate account balance, subject to deductions for any amounts owed to py2ph, including but not limited to chargebacks, reversed transactions, or breaches of these Terms. Bonuses, promotional funds, and any winnings derived from fraudulent or abusive activity will be forfeited.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution clauses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless py2ph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your use or misuse of the py2ph platform;
• Your violation of any rights of another party;
• Your fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct;
• Any content or information you submit to the platform;
• Unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the py2ph platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the py2ph platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the py2ph platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting py2ph customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., or another arbitration body mutually agreed upon by the parties.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to the arbitration, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against py2ph.

12. Regulatory Compliance and Licensing

py2ph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to ongoing regulatory oversight. We are required to comply with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations, anti-money laundering laws, data protection requirements, and consumer protection standards.

As a licensed operator, py2ph may be required to report certain transactions and activities to PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities. You acknowledge and consent to such reporting as a condition of using our services. py2ph maintains detailed records of all transactions and gameplay in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The py2ph platform is operated by a PAGCOR-licensed entity registered in the Philippines. Our license number and regulatory information are available upon request or through the PAGCOR website.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and py2ph regarding the use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by py2ph of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. py2ph's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without py2ph's prior written consent. py2ph may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without restriction, including to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

13.5 Third-Party Rights

These Terms are intended solely for the benefit of you and py2ph and do not confer any rights upon any third party.

13.6 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
